The Quintessenz Sauvignon is part of the line that the Kellerei Kaltern winery has dedicated to wines made with the best grapes, grown in the historic vineyards on the shores of Lake Caldaro. With a beautiful bright straw yellow color, in the nose it develops complex and persuasive aromas, with hints of apple and peach. In mouth, it’s dry and savory, engaging and endowed with an important minerality. It’s perfect if drunk fresh as an aperitif or in combination with first courses based on fish or spring vegetables.
Manufacturer
The estate was founded in 1906 in the locality of Cardaro. The cave of Trentino Alto Adige is constituted by 440 agronomists that manage the 300 hectares of vineyards: all the procedures are manual, except for some modern equipments.
