Giovanni Almondo "Vigne Sparse" Roero Arneis is a white wine with remarkable character, made from Arneis grapes grown in several vineyards throughout the Montà area. It is released after six months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, preserving and enhancing the varietal's distinctive qualities and the expression of the area's sandy soils. In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow colour. The bouquet opens with floral aromas, followed by notes of pear, apple and acacia honey, complemented by delicate citrus and herbal nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced and savoury, with a pleasantly mineral, lingering finish. "Vigne Sparse" Roero Arneis pairs beautifully with delicate dishes, particularly seafood and vegetable-based cuisine.
