Barbera d'Alba "Piana" is produced with 100% Barbera grapes in Monsordo Bernardina Estate near Alba, following the organic methods. The colour is bright ruby red with intense violet shades. The nose is rich with scents of ripe cherry, blackberry, forest fruits, plum, violet, sweet spices. The tannin is delicate and the perception in the mouth is intense, juicy and full-bodied. Try it with cold cuts platters, red meat, main courses with ragout sauce.
