Moscato d’Asti docg I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Ceretto 2019

The Moscato d'Asti is a sweet white wine produced in the winery "Vignaioli di Santo Stefano" owned by the Ceretto family,located in Santo Stefano Belbo. It is an excellent dessert wine obtained thanks to a meticulous work in the vineyard, following organic methods. It has a beautiful intense straw yellow color, the nose develops intense and very persistent fruity aromas, reminiscent of the typical aroma of Moscato grape. In the mouth it is well balanced and fresh, characterized by a good acidity. This sweet wine is definitely the perfect wine to combine with a good dessert. It is a curiosity: Giacomo Bersanetti, one of the greatest Italian designers, studied the particular bottle with elongated shape in 1987.

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
