Tra Donne Sole Sauvignon doc Vite Colte 2020

The Sauvignon "Tra donne sole" of Vite Colte winery, whose name derives from the homonymous romance of Cesare Pavese, is a fresh and balanced wine produced with carefully selected Sauvignon grapes. Endowed with a beautiful straw yellow color with golden reflections,in the nose it is fresh, harmonious and aromatic, with notes of aromatic herbs, green pepper and citrus. In the mouth it is dry, light, drinkable, slightly sapid and pleasant. The Sauvignon "Tra donne sole" of Vite Colte goes perfectly with pasta courses with vegetable sauce, savory pies, fresh and blue cheeses.

The winery Vite Colte, called Terre da Vino since 2016, is a cooperative winery that was born in the town of Barolo in the 80s, including about 300 hectares of vineyards in the Langhe and Monferrato. It produces exclusively Piedmontese wines such as Barbera d'Asti, Moscato d'Asti, Barolo and Barbaresco  which are aged at controlled humidity and then bottled in an innovative production plant, where works of art of tourist interest are exhibited. Quality is the goal of the winegrowers and growers who, thanks to their knowledge of the area, are able to make the Piedmontese wine culture stand out all over the world.
