The Brut Rosa Dodici Lune by Col Vetoraz winery is a sparkling wine produced entirely from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in pink using the Charmat method. After aging on its own yeasts for twelve months, it shows a beautiful antique pink color and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and refined, with hints of berries and yeast. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, harmonious and with good persistence. The Brut Rosa Dodici Lune by Col Vetoraz is excellent served chilled as an aperitif or paired with raw fish appetizers, as well as first and second courses based on fish.
