The “Fiore” of Giacomo Bologna Braida is a superb white wine made with a blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Nascetta (30%) Grapes. It shows on view an intense straw yellow colour, while at nose gets off floral scents that evolve into pleasantly mineral notes. In mouth it is fresh and clean with a well-balanced acidity and a excellent persistence in the final.
