The Nebbiolo Bernardina of Ceretto is an elegant wine with a ruby red colour, that after 12 month of wood ageing became a simply version of the great Barolo and Barbaresco wines. The aroma has an elegant and fruity bouquet, with delicate violet, raspberry, blackberry and cherry scents.
The taste is dry and equilibrate, with elegant and soft tannins, persistent. It is ideal if drunk with meat gravy tagliolini, ravioli stuffed with cheese fonduta, grilled meat and medium aging cheeses.
