Description

Elegant Barbaresco wine produced with grapes coming from the “Asili” territory, in the district of Barbaresco. The name of this wine derives from the position of the vineyard: in fact “Bricco” means top of hill. This Barbaresco wine presents a dark red colour with some orange nuances, while the bouquet is complex and intense, too, with fruited perfumes and smells of violet, wild rose and licorice. The taste of this wine is a warm and elegant one, characteristics that give it nobility and perfect structure: in fact it is perfect to drunk in combination with platters based on red meat, roasts and braised meat, game, platters made with the famous Alba truffle and seasoned cheeses, too. Moreover, this wine owns a good capacity of aging: the wine-producers suggest you to drink it in a period that goes from 3 to 5 years.
