The Barbaresco Asili of Ceretto winery is an elegant wine produced with grapes coming from the “Asili” territory, in the district of Barbaresco. This Barbaresco wine presents a dark red colour with some orange nuances, while the bouquet is complex and intense, with fruited perfumes and smells of violet, wild rose and licorice. The taste of this wine is a warm and elegant one, characteristics that give it nobility and perfect structure: in fact it is perfect to drunk in combination with platters based on red meat, game, platters made with the famous Alba truffle and seasoned cheeses, too. Moreover, this wine owns a good capacity of aging.
