This is a refined Barbera produced with the excellent grapes coming from those vineyards whose sun exposure is favorable for the perfect ripening. This wine is vinified in steel in order to preserve ita typical fruity notes. This wine presents an intense ruby red colour; the bouquet is elegant with scents of red fruits, ripe cherry, blackberry and violet. It is fresh and structured, giving a full and charming taste. We recommend it with flavourful first courses, risotto, salami, grilled red meat and mature cheese.
