The Rossese U Bastiò of the Vio Giobatta winery is a delicate red wine, produced with 100% Rossese grapes from vineyards that are almost 60 years old, located in the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, in the area of Albenga. It is considered a wine of excellence of the winery and it is obtained with organic farming methods and vinified in steel; in the glass it shows a beautiful clear and light ruby red color. In the nose it has an elegant, fruity and floral scent with hints of berries, blueberries, red flowers, geraniums and rose hips. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and soft and it is characterized by an excellent persistence. The Rossese U Bastiò by Vio Giobatta is perfect to drink in combination with main courses based on fish, such as grilled salmon or shrimp, or also with fresh cheeses.
