Barbera d'Alba Mulassa by Cascina Cà Rossa is made with 100% Barbera grapes coming from Canale. The colour is amazing: ruby red with bright garnet edges. The bouquet is vivacious and elegant: notes of ripe fruits, cherry. plum and blackberry come along with tobacco and coffee scents thanks to the ageing in oak barrels. The sip is intense and balance, persistent with a long after-taste. Thanks to its pleasant freshness, we recommend it with gravy and succulent dishes, such as red meat, braised courses and grilled steaks.
