The Barolo di Serralunga by Ettore Germano winery is a wine with a great personality and vigor, obtained with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Prapò, Cerretta and Lazzarito vineyards.Barolo wine with a classical style, which ages for 24 months in large oak barrels, at view shows an intense ruby red color. At nose it develops a composite and enveloping bouquet, with notes of red fruit, dried violets and licorice. In the mouth, it is rich and well structured, with a good freshness. The Barolo di Serralunga by Ettore Germano is a great wine for aging and it is perfect to drink with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
