Roero Arneis Riserva Le Coste by Cascina Cà Rossa is a great white eine made with 100% Arneis grapes coming from the sandy hills of Santo Stefano Roero. This selection aims at representing the great potential of Roero Arneis docg. In the glass it is bright straw yellow; the bouquet is complex and intense, with notes of almond, hazelnut and nut, flowers and ripe fruits. We perceive white flowers and peach. The sip is fruity and well structured, persistend and pleasantly mineral. We recommend Roero Arneis Riserva Le Coste with fish, meat starters and cereal soups. To be tasted with matured cheese. 

The cave is situated in Canale, exactly in the so-called locality ‘Case Sparse’, and the Responsible of it is Angelo Ferrio. The prestige of this wine maker is to agree the different tastes of the critic, that is a difficult task.
