More info

Roero Le Coste by Cascina Cà Rossa is grown ijn Santo Stefano Roero municipality following organic guidelines. The name "Le Coste" refers to a Geographic naming related to Roero docg appellation. The wine has a bright ruby red colour with garnet shades. The nose is intense and amples, with notes of cherry, plum, raspberry and violet, along with light spicy scents. The sip is fresh and tannic, well balanced by an adequate amount of alcohol and softness. We recommend Roero Le Coste by Cascina Cà Rossa with roasts and braised meat, game, matured cheese.

Manufacturer

The cave is situated in Canale, exactly in the so-called locality ‘Case Sparse’, and the Responsible of it is Angelo Ferrio. The prestige of this wine maker is to agree the different tastes of the critic, that is a difficult task. Ahead of Ferrio’s Roero wines people are surprised, maybe because his Nebbiolo’s vineyards are situated in a good position, maybe because Angelo Ferrio is a friendly producer: moreover, he is able to create wines that reveal determination and naturalness, but at the same time they reflect the character of Roero’s territory.
