Cichin Barbera d’alba doc Nino Costa 2019

The Barbera d'Alba Cichin by Nino Costa is an elegant and fragrant red wine, which has a beautiful intense ruby red color. In the nose it  develops a fresh and intriguing bouquet, very floral characterized by hints of small flowers and vanilla. In the mouth it is fresh, with a good body, elegant, harmonious, with a good and well balanced acidity. The Barbera Cichin by Nino Costa is the ideal wine to drink in combination with pasta seasoned with meat sauce, cold cuts or medium aged cheeses.

The Stefanino Costa winery is located in the small district of Montà, in the heart of Roero region. The winery is an excellent expression of the territory playing with joy on the refinement of details. The wines produced are mainly those typical of the territory, such as Arneis and Roero, all characterized by a right sugar and alcohol content and good acidity that contributes to enhance and maintain aromas over time. Currently the company is carried on by Alessandro Costa, the son of Nino Costa, who has undertaken the renovation of the company by changing the structure, the process, the refinement and the image since the 2009.
