This is a great Dolcetto wine obtained by the vineyards cultivated around the locality of Bricco Bastia, on sandy soils. The colour of this wine is a ruby red one very intense with violet nuances, while the smell of it is a persistent and pleasant bouquet, with the add of fruited smells that remember the mature raspberry. So this is a pleasant and soft wine, with an aftertaste a little bit sour: for these characteristics it is perfect with every meals or in alternative served in combination with salami and the Langa cheese.
