Barbera d'Alba Vignota by Conterno Fantino winery is produced with grapes coming from five different vineyards situated on the hills around Monforte: Ginestra, Pajana, Mosconi, Bussia Sottana and Ornati. This wine is bright ruby red with some dark red nuances. The bouquet is fruity with hints of currant and mature cherry. Barbera d’Alba Vignota is characterized by a good structure, a fresh and balanced taste, a persistent after-taste. We recommend it with risotto, lasagne, white meat, salami and semi-mature cheese.
