The Barolo Ginestra Vigna Sorì ginestra is a red wibe produced with selected Nebbiolo grapes, that come from the historical vineyard called “Sorì Ginestra” in Monforte d’Alba. It presents a wonderful ruby red colour with some orange reflexes. This wine is endowed with great complexity and balance, while its bouquet is intense, complex, and elegant, in addition to fruited and spiced hints of plum, violet, licorice and tobacco. The taste of this kind of Barolo wine is dry, but full and persistent: in fact, it is excellent in combination with important platters based on red meats, seasoned cheeses and game. Thanks to its great structure, the Barolo Ginestra Vigna Sorì Ginestra owns a good capacity of aging.
