W….Dreams by Jermann is an elegant wine of great quality, made with Chardonnay grapes. The wine is dedicated to the U2 rock album called ‘The Joshua Tree’, in particular to the song ‘Where the Streets have no name’. It was made for the first time in 1987 and over the years it has changed a lot, along with the label design. Starting from 2011 vintage, the Winery decided to opt for the Stevin cap, to preserve quality and take care of the work made in the vineyard and during the vinification process. The wine reveals an intense straw yellow colour. The bouquet is structured, complex, fruity and fragrant, with hints of ripe fruits, melted butter and vanilla. The sip is fresh and persistent, with some aromatic notes. We recommend it fish platters, shellfish, seafood or medium aged cheese.
