This is a type of aromatic Gewurtztraminer, produced with grapes coming from the excellent terroir of Eguisheim: the wine has an intense straw yellow colour and it is rich of floral and fruited perfumes, with some rose’, exotic fruit’, mango’, pineapple’ and litchi’ hints. Moreover it is a warm and soft wine, with a great acidity and always fresh: it is perfect if drunk in combination with aromatic plates typical of the Chinese and Japanese cuisine, or in alternative with sauce fish dinners and flavourful cheeses.
