The Roero Bric Valsiana by Giovanni Almondo winery has great balance and pleasantness, produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from “Bric Valdiana” vineyard, situated in Montà d’Alba, in the heart of the Roero territory. Its colour is ruby red with some garnet-colored reflexes. The bouquet is floral and fruity, with scents of red fruits, blueberries, violet, dry plum and vanilla. Furthermore, the taste is charming and mineral, endowed with pleasant softness and great balance. Thanks to its taste, the Roero Bric Valdiana by Giovanni Almondo is perfect in combination with roasted and braised meats, game and and medium seasoned cheese.
