The Bricco delle Ciliegie Arneis is produced with Arneis grapes coming from the best Giovanni Almondo' vineyards. In the past there was a cherry-tree on the top of those hills. This is the most refined wine of the winery, produced with particular procedures reserved to the best white wines only: soft pressure without oxygen, fermentation in steel tanks and maturation for seven months. Then, you can taste a balanced wine, with straw yellow colour and green nuances, good intensity and scents of jasmine, orange’s flowers, and apple.
