This is an elegant expression of Brunello di Montalcino that shows a wonderful and intense ruby red colour, with some dark red shades. Its bouquet is various and complex with fruity hints of cherry, blackberries, mixed berries, black pepper and cardamom. With a full and harmonic taste, endowed with great structure, this wine gives excellent results if combined with roasts, Tuscany salami and above all with the typical cheese of Tuscany, called Pecorino.
