The Barbera d'Alba by Bric Cenciurio is an immediate and ready-to-drink wine, with a unique freshness. In the glass it shows an impeccable intense ruby ​​red color, typical of the vine. The nose reveals a fresh and floral bouquet, with notes of violet and dog rose, in addition to pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, blackberries and blueberries. In the mouth it has a good structure, fresh acidity. The tannins are present but not intrusive. The Barbera d’Alba by Bric Cenciurio goes perfectly with savory first courses, lasagna, fritto misto alla Piemontese and red meats.

Bric Cenciurio is a winery located in Barolo that produces high quality wines, and which is an example of a Piedmontese winery that knows how to make the most of the different vines and the terroir. Founded in 1990 by Franco Pittatore and Carlo Borse, the company now is managed by the grandsons of the founders Alessandro, Alberto and Fiorella. Now Bric Cenciurio has 15 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Langa and Roero, in particular in three municipalities: Barolo, Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri. In the cellar the winemaking techniques used are the same handed down from generation to generation, while in the vineyard the different vines are grown in full respect of biodiversity and the terroir. The wines of Bric Cenciurio stand out for their minerality, aromatic expression, elegance and gustatory harmony. Numerous wines are produced including: Roero Arneis, Langhe Riesling, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo.
