More info

The Roero Arneis Sito dei Fossili by Bric Cenciurio is produced with 100% Arneis grapes grown in Castellinaldo, in a vineyard that has been called the "sito dei fossili” because fossil remains were found during the operations of arrangement of the land plot. The grapes are harvested in the first 15 days of September, when they reached a slight overripeness. After fermentation for 40 days in oak barrels, it is aged for about 6 months with frequent mixing. Endowed with a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity reflections, the bouquet is broad and composite on the nose, fresh and mineral. A wine with a strong character, it is fresh and sapid in the mouth, with good richness and structure. The Roero Arneis Sito dei Fossili by Bric Cenciurio is perfect to drink in combination with fish-based first courses, white meats or grilled or baked fish.
