The Langhe Nebbiolo by Bric Cenciurio is produced with selected grapes grown in vineyards located in the distrct of Malgiano Alfieri, Castellinado and Barolo. After an aging of about 18 months in wood and a few months in the bottle, in the glass it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet hues. In the nose, the bouquet is floral and fruity, with notes of raspberry, violet, dog rose and currant. In the mouth it is elegant and well structured, pleasantly tannic and with good persistence. The Langhe Nebbiolo by Bric Cenciurio is perfect to drink in combination with traditional Piedmontese first courses, roasts and braised meats, medium-aged cheeses.
Bric Cenciurio is a winery located in Barolo that produces high quality wines, and which is an example of a Piedmontese winery that knows how to make the most of the different vines and the terroir. Founded in 1990 by Franco Pittatore and Carlo Borse, the company now is managed by the grandsons of the founders Alessandro, Alberto and Fiorella. Now Bric Cenciurio has 15 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Langa and Roero, in particular in three municipalities: Barolo, Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri. In the cellar the winemaking techniques used are the same handed down from generation to generation, while in the vineyard the different vines are grown in full respect of biodiversity and the terroir. The wines of Bric Cenciurio stand out for their minerality, aromatic expression, elegance and gustatory harmony. Numerous wines are produced including: Roero Arneis, Langhe Riesling, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo.
