Langhe Nascetta doc Ettore Germano 2021

The Langhe Nascetta by Germano Ettore winery is an excellent white wine, produced with Nascetta grapes. Nascetta is a native Piedmontese vine variety that has been rediscovered in recent years and which is grown on the hills of Novello giving great results. After the fermentation and the vinification in steel, it shows a beautiful straw yellow color, while at nose it develops a delicate and floral bouquet, with notes of citrus, sage and thyme. This is a wine with a good acidity, mineral and sapid, with an intense and enthralling flavor; the Langhe Nascetta by Ettore Germmano is excellent to drink chileld as an aperitif or in combination with raw fish and crustaceans.

The winery Ettore Germano has very deep roots, as when the great grandfather Francesco and grandfather Alberto, began to produce small quantities of wine and to sell the grapes, which was the predominant activity in Serralunga at the time. The Alberto's son, Hector, so continued the work of his father and grandfather, becoming a skilled grafter and buying some neighboring plots with their property. The turning for the winery was given by the son of Hector, Sergio which began working with his family buying other small plots of land and making the first Chardonnay plant.
