Barbera d'Alba Piana by Ceretto is produced with 100% Barbera grapes in Monsordo Bernardina Estate near Alba, following the organic methods. The colour is bright ruby red with intense violet shades. The nose is rich with scents of ripe cherry, blackberry, forest fruits, plum, violet, sweet spices. The tannin is delicate and the perception in the mouth is intense, juicy and full-bodied. Try it with cold cuts platters, red meat, main courses with ragout sauce.

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
