Description

Carbernet Riserva Graf by Cantina Produttori di Merano is produced with the same vine mainly spread upon the hills around Bordeaux and quite used in Sud Tirol area, too. The colour is ruby red with intense shades. The bouquet is rich, fruity, where notes of cherry, cassis, liquorice and leather can be perceived. The sip is soft, the tannin is velvety and the after-taste sensation is persistent. Perfectly paired with game, lamb, traditional recipes made up of red meat, seasoned cheese.
