Description

The Cabernet "Festival" of the Produttori Merano Burggrafler, is made from grapes grown on the slopes of Merano and Val Venosta, in Trentino Alto Adige. It strikes the sight with an intense red colour; in the nose it produces some intense and complex aromas, with hints of barley and dark chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied with a good persistence and an excellent structure. We strongly recommend combining it with roast or braised red meats, typical local cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
