Description

The Barolo Mosconi by the E. Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis farm is a red wine of absolute quality, produced with pure Nebbiolo grapes grown in the oldest vineyard within the property of the same name on the hills of Monforte d'Alba. It is a wine with a characteristic intense red-brown color, while in the glass the bouquet is broad and composite, with aromas and fruity sensations of dog rose, ripe fruit and plum, to which light spicy notes are added. In the mouth it is austere and velvety with soft tannins well integrated into the structure of the wine. The Barolo Mosconi by E.Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis is perfect to drink in combination with important dishes based on red meat, furred game, game and mature cheeses. Its structure and characteristics make it a long-aging wine.
