Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo “Bricco Lago” by Cascina Penna–Currado comes from vineyards located in the hills of Monforte d’Alba, in Piedmont, from carefully selected Nebbiolo vines. Vinified using traditional techniques and aged for a short period in wooden barrels, this wine expresses intense aromas and fine tannins. With a beautiful deep garnet-red color, it reveals refined aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes of rose and violet and delicate citrus hints. The Langhe Nebbiolo “Bricco Lago” from Cascina Penna–Currado pairs perfectly with red meats, braised dishes, roasts, traditional Piedmontese recipes, and aged cheeses.
