Description

Rossese doc Stundaio Praié Lupi is a red wine made with 100% Rossese grapes coming from “Stundaio” vineyards in Cervo municipality. The name derives from the fact that the vineyard is located overhang the seaside. In the glass is ruby red with fascinating shades. The nose is intense and enveloping, with notes of wild rose, mediterranean herbs and spices. The sip is wide, long-lasting and fresh, with soft and persistent tannins. For these reasons, Rossese doc Stundaio Praié Lupi is a versatile wine: in Summer, it can be served fresh at 12°C with fish, vegetarian starters of seafoof first dishes. Otherwise we recommend to serve it at 18°C with typical fresh pasta or the local recipes made with rabbit.
