Pinot Bianco by Jermann is made with grapes coming from Collio region in Friuli Venezia Giulia, famous all over the world for its fine quality wines. It has a bright and shiny straw yellow colour with golden shades. The bouquet is wide, fresh and fruity, with notes of apple, pear and cantaloupe. The taste is balanced and dry, soft and persistent. Pinot Bianco by Jermann is recommended with fish courses, risotto, seafood soups, white meat and fresh cheese.
