Così Sia by Jermann is made with Friulan Tocai, Malvasia Istriana, Yellow Ribolla grapes. Initially, it was thought to be used during religious celebration: for this reason it is bottled with the screw cap, to better preserve its taste after the opening. The wine-making is natural in wood barrels, without adding preservatives. The wine has a golden yellow colour and an intense and elegant bouquet, with hints of ripe and dried fruits, honey and vanilla. The sip is fresh, persistent, lightly aromatic. Così Sia by Jermann is recommended with typical Friulan platters, spiced dinners, baked or grilled fish and white meat.
