Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut “Celebris” Gosset

Extraordinary Extra Brut Blanc De Blanc Champagne wine produced by using only Champagne grapes. It shows prestigious bubbles and a wonderful pale golden yellow colour, while its smell is fresh and characterized by some elegant, soft, fruited and floral aroma of linden, violet, white peach, apricot, honey, pineapple, yeast and bread crust. Its taste is really intense and harmonic, at the same time fresh and elegant; furthermore, this wine is characterized by elegance and balance, persistence, too and so it is perfect if drunk as fresh appetizer or in alternative it combines perfectly with various platters based on fish.

The building of this winery goes back up 1584, when Pierre Gosset founded it in Ay, because he wanted to produce wines. The first wines produced by the cave were addressed to kings and princes. The management of the property has been passed from father to son for 14 generations, and all along the Gosset Champagne derives from a particular selection of grapes and above all from the detailed procedures of bottling. The purpose of this cave is to express, through the wine, the nobility of this territory.
