The Grignolino Bricco del Bosco Vigne Vecchie by Accornero winery is obtained with Grignolino grapes harvested in the best crus of Monferrato hills. After aging for about 30 months in large barrels and 24 months in bottle, at sight it shows its characteristic ruby red color with purple reflexes. At nose it develops a complex and intense bouquet, with notes of red berries, jams and spices. On the palate it comes enveloping and balanced, with slightly hinted tannins. The Grignolino Bricco del Bosco Vigne Vecchie by Accornero pairs perfectely with traditional Piedmont starters such as veal with tuna sauce or raw fassona veal.
