The Roero Sudisfà Riserva by Negro Angelo has a great balance and pleasantness and it takes the name from the dialectal term “Sudisfà” meaning satisfied. The wine has the typical intense ruby red colour and the bouquet is intense and fruity, with scents of violet, ripe fruits, vanilla and green pepper. The taste is warm and well structured. Thanks to its persistence, we recommend the Roero Riserva Sudisfà by Angelo Negro with grilled red meat, risotto, "bollito" main course and matured cheese.
