Cabora Langhe Nebbiolo doc Nino Costa 2021

The Langhe Nebbiolo Cabora by Nino Costa winery is an elegant red wine, which in the glass shows a ruby red color with violet reflection. The nose develops floral and fruity bouquet, on which stand out notes of poppy and pomegranate. With a pleasing crispness the taste is particularly spicy and characterized by a slight hint of undergrowth on the final. The Nebbiolo Cabora by Nino Costa is perfect to drink in combination with a good risotto with cheeses, or it is also perfect with tasty meat dishes.

The Stefanino Costa winery is located in the small district of Montà, in the heart of Roero region. The winery is an excellent expression of the territory playing with joy on the refinement of details. The wines produced are mainly those typical of the territory, such as Arneis and Roero, all characterized by a right sugar and alcohol content and good acidity that contributes to enhance and maintain aromas over time. Currently the company is carried on by Alessandro Costa, the son of Nino Costa, who has undertaken the renovation of the company by changing the structure, the process, the refinement and the image since the 2009.
