The Langhe Chardonnay doc Prasuè Saracco is produced with grapes that come from the Chardonnay wine variety. This wine has a straw yellow color, it is complex and structured. The aroma is fruity with apple and pineapple scents; the taste is harmonic and persistent. It is perfect if drunk with fish entrée, soups, omelets and white meat courses.

Saracco’s winery is situated in Castiglione Tinella, a locality halfway between the Langhe hills and the Monferrato area.
