Langhe Nebbiolo doc Bricdelbaio Ca' del Baio 2022

The Langhe Nebbiolo Bricdelbaio of the Cà del Baio winery is an excellent red wine produced with the best Nebbiolo grapes coming from different vineyards. With a beautiful ruby red color, the nose develops a fruity bouquet with hints of blueberries and currant, raspberry jam. The taste is dry and tannic, well balanced and harmonious. The Langhe Nebbiolo Bricdelbaio by Cà del Baio is ideal to drink in combination with the typical dishes of Piedmont cuisine, such as raw meat and “vitello tonnato”  and medium-aged cheeses.

The Grasso family manages the Cà del Baio winery for four generations. Nowadays the company is managed by Giulio and Luciana, together with his daughters Paola, Valentina and Federica, who with passion and experience play different roles, from work in the countryside, in the cellar and up to the marketing of wines. Cà del Baio winery owns 28 hectares of vineyards in the area of Barbaresco and Treiso, both with typical Piedmont vine variety and with vine variety of international origin.
