Langhe Nebbiolo doc Pio Cesare 2020

The Langhe Nebbiolo by Pio Cesare is a red wine produced with grapes deriving from the vineyards of Pio Cesare family; they are situated on the hills that surround La Morra, Serralunga, San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, Siniio e Diano d'Alba. The wine presents an intense ruby red colour, while its smell is fruited and floral with hints of blackberries, wild strawberries and under wood. This wine is endowed with good body and structure, and it owns a soft taste with scents of spices. For its characteristics the Langhe Nebbiolo by Pio Cesare is perfect if served with tagliolini, grilled or backed red meats, stuffed pasta, medium seasoned cheeses.

Since 1881 the Pio Cesare’s cave represents the excellent tradition of Piedmont. It is the story of a family that safeguards the style of a Barolo, today very famous in the world, and also exported in more than 40 countries, with the same label that Pio Cesare wanted. Even now we follow the classical interpretation of the Barolo, that is engage our existence in creating wines that are able to exalt the territory.
