The Poully Fumè Les Duchesses of Laporte winery is an excellent white wine that is made with grapes farmed with organic methods. On view, it shows a beautiful gold yellow color with greenish nuances. Its bouquet is wide and fruity, with notes of cedar, lemon peel and ripe orange. Well-balanced in mouth, with light citrusand smoke hints on the final, it is excellent if drunk chilled as an aperitifor in combination with fish dishes, crustaceans, oysters and goat's cheeses.
