Lugana dop Molin BIO Cà Maiol 2017

The Lugana dop Molin of Cà Maiol is an excellent white wine obtained by Trebbiano grapes farmed and vinified by organic methods; it takes its name from the ancient estate of the winery called “Cascina Molino”.

On view, it has a beautiful straw yellow color; at nose, it gets off a wide floral and fruity bouquet with notes of almonds, kiwi and lavender.

The taste of this Lugana is fresh and fruity with wide hints of yellow pulp fruits and field herbs.

It is the perfect if drunk chilled in combination with fish dishes, crustaceans, carpaccio of meat and fresh cheeses.

The Cà Maiol farm represents the right balance between history and innovation. In fact, it consists of 4 farmstead, ranging from the most ancient built in 1710 and to the newest built in the 2000s. The property lands are located in the Lugana region, South of the Garda Lake. This territory has some particular characteristics and a mild lake climate that make it the ideal ambient for growing the Trebbiano di Lugana vine variety, which gives a fresh and delicate white wine.
