More info

The Langhe Bianco of La Spinetta winery is produced with Sauvignon grapes cultivated in Piedmont. This wine shows a shiny straw yellow color, with green reflexes. It has an intense mineral aroma, with sage, hay and citrus aromas. This Sauvignon has a great structure, with a good acidity and freshness. With its taste rich and equilibrate, it is perfect if drunk with fish plates, spiced courses and cheeses of medium aging.

La Spinetta

The history of Rivetti’s family starter in 1890, when Giovanni Rivetti left for Argentina, by abandoning his family in Italy. His son Giuseppe began to lay the foundations for the building of a cave: so he started the wines’ production and the Rivetti family settled in La Spinetta, in Castagnole Lanze in 1977, where it was produced the first red wine, Barbera Cà di Pian. Recently the Rivetti’s have purchased some vineyards in Grinzane Cavour, where an art cave has been founded, and it is called Barolo Campè. Nowadays Rivetti’vineyards extend in Toscana, too, by occupying about 65 hectares of the territory.
