Cornarea Roero Arneis is an elegant and savoury white wine. The grapes come from historic vineyards planted on sandy and clay-rich soils, naturally rich in magnesium, which give the wine its distinctive minerality and refined character. In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and elegant, revealing aromas of white flowers alongside notes of pear, peach, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious and well-structured, supported by lively freshness and a long, persistent finish marked by pronounced minerality and savoury notes that enhance its overall balance and drinkability. Extremely versatile at the table, it is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with appetizers, risottos, vegetable or mushroom-based pasta dishes, fish, shellfish, sushi, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. For the best tasting experience, serve chilled at 10–12°C
