The Poully Fume’ of Pascal Jolivet is a white wine that comes from most renowned vineyards on the Loire Valley.
It has a straw yellow color and when it pours into the glass gets off intense mineral scents with notes of citruses, herbs and spinach.
In mouth, it is fresh and persistent with a well-balanced acidity.
For these reasons, it is perfect if drunk with fish dishes, crustaceans, white meats and goat cheeses.
The Domaine Ferret was established in 1760 and starting from 2008 it takes part of the ‘Maison Jadot’, after the death of the Owner Colette Ferret, all along considered the queen of the Pouilly-Fuissè. The estate is constituted by 18 hectares of vineyards, that are cultivated in Chardonnay and they are considered one of the most prestigious site.
