Domaine Ferret was founded in the 18th century in Fuissé, in the Mâcon region, and since 2008 has been part of Maison Jadot, following the death of owner Colette Ferret, long regarded as the queen of Pouilly-Fuissé. Although the Ferret family’s winemaking history dates back to the 18th century, the estate was officially established in 1840. The property consists of 18 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay and considered among the most prestigious sites in the appellation. Today, the estate is managed by Audrey Baccini, who closely follows the production philosophy established by the founder. The highest care and strictest standards are applied to produce wines of exceptional quality, recognized internationally for their aromatic complexity, vibrant minerality, and captivating structure.
